Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, Air Compressor Service Kits shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The correct price will be communicated to you via e-mail or telephone and you will have the opportunity to proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel your order. If you see an error on the site such as a misspelled word, broken link, etc. please let us know.
Back Orders
In the event of a back order situation, you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone regarding the back order and the anticipated wait time before the item will be available. Do to the way the online store is set up as soon as you submit your order your credit card will be charged immediately for the purchase amount irregardless of whether or not any or all of the items you ordered are in or out of stock at the time. If any of the items purchased are out of stock you will have the option to wait or to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel the order a full refund will be issued on all or part of your order. Please be sure to give us the correct contact information so that we can keep in contact with you if the need arises.
